1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Daily Trade ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Daily Trade ("we", "us").

2. What Daily Trade Is

Daily Trade is a software tool that automates grid trading strategies on cryptocurrency exchanges (currently Bybit and Binance) using API credentials you provide. We do not hold, custody, or transfer your funds. Your money remains on your chosen exchange at all times. We only place orders on your behalf based on the strategy parameters you configure.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You confirm that cryptocurrency trading is legal in your country of residence and that you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including any tax obligations.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Keep your account password and API credentials secure. We never email passwords or full API keys.
• Create API keys with spot trading + read permissions only. Disable withdrawal permissions on your exchange.
• Configure trading parameters (capital, grid step, levels) you understand and can afford to lose.
• Monitor your bot's activity. You are the final decision-maker.
• Comply with the terms of service of Bybit, Binance, and any other exchange you connect.

5. No Investment Advice

Daily Trade is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment manager. The Service does not provide personalized financial advice. Grid trading strategies have inherent risks and can result in losses, especially in trending markets. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, profitability, error-free behavior, or compatibility with any exchange's future changes. Bugs may exist. Exchange APIs may fail. Markets may behave unexpectedly. You accept these risks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Trade and any affiliated parties are not liable for any trading losses, missed profits, exchange downtime, account suspensions, or any other direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is currently provided free of charge, and our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed any fees you have actually paid us (currently zero).

8. Acceptable Use

You will not: (a) use the Service for money laundering or any illegal activity, (b) attempt to reverse engineer or attack our infrastructure, (c) share your account credentials with others, (d) use the Service to harm other users.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by disabling your bots, deleting your API keys on the exchange, and contacting us to delete your account data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the system, or pose a security risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via the dashboard or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by general principles of contract law. Any dispute will first be handled in good faith through direct communication. You agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing any formal legal action.
